Part 46 Training

This training is required for operators and contractors that work at surface stone, cement, sand & gravel and other non-coal, non-metal surface operations. 

Operators and Contractors must have their own Part 46 training plans.  These plans do not have to be submitted for approval but must be available to an authorized representative of the secretary (federal inspector) or to a company representative of the operation that a contractor would desire to do business with.
